We will see where your at in the process, ask if you have funding, a budget for your build in mind, and if you have a timeline. Even though you may not have all the answers to these BIG questions, knowing what is next can help better prepare you for moving forward.
Let's Set a date!
We begin with a comprehensive consultation to understand your vision, requirements, and budget. This helps us tailor our services to your specific needs and preferences. We want to know all of your ideas, expectations and in return we will give you feedback and advice as well as setting our expectations as a company with you.
Welcome Meeting
Once you decide to move forward with Southern Luxe Home Builders, we will schedule a meeting to welcome you officially. During this meeting, we will revisit our processes and expectations, and review terms on our contract pre signing. To secure your project, we require a deposit of $2,000 and the signing of a Letter of Intent (LOI).
Finalize Design and/or Blueprints
Need a floorplan? Or to modify one? We are here to create your personalized space. We will work closely with you to finalize the blueprints for your home, as well as review and make changes for the best outcomes. We will ensure that every detail aligns with your vision and requirements. Our goal is to have all details defined before breaking ground. We have a interior process to help make this as fluid as possible.
Initiate Design Process
With the blueprints and/or design finalized, we will move through the interior finishings design process.
We will provide design options through our design studio, source all materials , inventory all materials as they arrive and store them in our systematic warehouse as they become needed. We love what we do and we work hard to stay up to date on all the latest trends and innovations to offer our clients the latest and greatest.
