Building your custom Luxury Home can start at an entry pricepoint of $180/sqft. We have a list of additional services not included at this base price point for our higher end homes. 

This is up to the individual lender however, we have seen this to be true many times. It will be lender specific for your final approval.

Every home we build is custom built and designed for each client. Whether you are looking for a certain layout of bring in your own, we have in house Architectes, engineers, and design staff to assist you in your project. 

During the design phase of construction, you have freedom to make changes and revisions but once your plans are finalized, we are thus passing these off to our build team. If you must make any changes once we have started building we would issue change orders and these would be done after the original build plan is complete. Our goal is to get homes done in a timely manner and in order to do so we have to go off the plans as agreed in our initial contract. 

OUr design studio is stocked with all of the finishings that we will use for your project. You may request certain aspects of your build and we can help source for you. We have a vast amount of product accounts and in order to maintain in good relationship and pass along the MASSIVE cost saving on materials to our clients, we require all SLHI project materials to be supplied by us. With the exception of appliance. We do not supply appliances unless requested. 

We will have you reach out to your local HOA and find out who your local building authority is. Once this is established, we will help you gather and submit the required information to get your project going. 

Each product offered has different manufacturer warranties that you will receive after your project. But, SLHI offers a 1 year craftsmanship warranty for our direct installations. See our warranty paperwork for details. 

We are glad you asked. We have a HIGHLY invoived communication system called COCONSTRUCT. Don't worry we still answer our phones but all major information should be ran through your client portal for data management.
